By "digital asset" we mean any element of intellectual property created, stored, or distributed in electronic format: texts, images, databases, software, registered trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. The list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented according to the specifics of each client.

The duration of a standard audit is 10 working days from the date of signing the contract and submitting the complete documentation. For complex portfolios, the term may be extended by a maximum of 5 working days, with prior notification to the client.

Consultancy consists of analysis, recommendations, and strategy development, without involving the representation of the client before courts or authorities. Legal representation requires a special mandate and is billed separately, according to the applicable rates.

To initiate any service, the client must provide: the agency's founding document, the complete list of owned digital assets, copies of registration certificates (if any), and a declaration on their own responsibility regarding the rights holder. Additional data is requested depending on the nature of the project.

All information received from the client is treated as trade secrets. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before starting the collaboration. Data is stored on secure servers, and access is strictly limited to the team assigned to the project.

In case of delay on our part, the client may request a proportional reduction of the fee, according to the contractual clauses. Delays caused by the late submission of documentation by the client do not incur penalties for us.
